Tennis facility
Our large investment in the outdoor courts has proven very useful. So we were able to play optimally from March 1st, even if the temperatures were a bit frosty at times. It is planned to discuss further steps with the members for concerning the ball wall and the courts 9 & 10 on the next general assembly.

GotCourts reservations
The court reservations via GotCourts show a very high level of acceptance among members and are now definitely used all year round. 3 active bookings are allowed (in advance) within 7 days (winter and summer season). If a booking is "played", it no longer counts as active. The badge no longer has to be inserted, it serves as a personal ID during inspections. There are a few rules that we would like to point out again:
-
Double bookings indoor and on the outside courts at the same time are not permitted
-
It is expected that if it is not possible to play after booking, it will always be canceled, even at short-term. In summer this is possible until immediately before booking. In winter, the hour will be charged if it has not been canceled 24 hours before the start of the game.
-
The booking must always include the full name (first and last name) of the players. This also applies to guests.
These rules serve for an orderly game operation and we reserve the right to intervene or point out if necessary.

Guest regulation
From October 11, 2021, the following guest regulations will apply:

Please note that in the summer season guests are not allowed to play Monday through Thursday from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Indoor season
The indoor season runs from Monday, October 11, 2021 to Sunday, April 10, 2022.
With the new outdoor courts, our members can benefit from an outdoor season that has been extended by two months. In addition, the opportunities to play increase due to earlier playability of the courts after rain. We expect, that the new courts will not noticeably reduce our income for indoor bookings. Groups with regular playing times will still not have to do without their fixed tennis day.
Subscriptions which will not be renewed, open other members the possibility to make spontaneous bookings that they previously had to make in significantly more expensive public tennis centers.
The indoor prices have been revised and simplified. There are now only 3 tariffs for subscriptions (whole season) and for individual lessons. Details can be found on the registration form.

It's party time
Postponed
Unfortunately, we are forced to postpone our anniversary event again, as a festive atmosphere with around 100 guests this year is not yet realistic. Postponed is not canceled.
